We were honoured to host a team from River City Christian Church for a week of Vacation Bible School centred on the theme of the Armor of God. Throughout the week, the boys explored how the truths found in Ephesians 6 can be applied in their daily lives, equipping them to face challenges with faith in Christ, courage, and wisdom.
The programme combined engaging Bible teaching with hands-on workshops, creative crafts, games, and team-building activities, creating a joyful environment where learning and meaningful relationships were formed. Beyond leading activities, the team invested time in getting to know each boy personally, offering encouragement, prayer, and Christ-centred mentorship.
The compassion, intentionality, and servant-hearted ministry demonstrated by the River City Christian Church team left a lasting impact on both the boys and our staff.
We are grateful for their partnership and willingness to serve. Their presence was a tangible expression of God’s love and a wonderful encouragement to our entire Embrace family.
